Flexibility
Common perception: We need to be strong to be flexible and energetic.
Fingers of our palm have very small, tiny muscles and we use them all the time but rarely we feel stiffness in our fingers or we feel that fingers are tired. We never exercise our fingers, lift weights or stretch them. They don't get out of shape either.
On the other hand, our back, hip, shoulder and neck muscles are huge muscles and we care for them the most by stretching them and exercising them. And most of the time, we complain that our back gets tires, looses flexibility (we can't bend over or if we bend the wrong way...)
If we look at young children, they can move any way they want and never care about exercising in a particular way. They are full of energy and are not strong at all.
So, it seems like you don't have to be strong to be full of energy.
